1. Reservations and Booking
All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels. A confirmed reservation requires accurate information including pickup date, time, location, destination, contact details, and payment information.
Phila One Limo reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation that contains incorrect information or violates these Terms and Conditions.
2. Rates and Payment
All rates are based on the selected vehicle, service type, duration, date, time, and location. Prices may vary during peak periods, holidays, or special events.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Additional charges may apply for extra time, additional stops, excessive cleaning, tolls, parking fees, or other incurred expenses.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked.
- Airport transfers generally require notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Hourly, special event, wedding, or group services may require 48–72 hours advance notice.
Cancellations made outside the required notice period may be subject to partial or full charges. No-show reservations are non-refundable.
4. Waiting Time Policy
For airport pickups, complimentary wait time is included based on service type. Additional waiting time beyond the included period may result in extra charges.
For non-airport pickups, waiting time begins at the scheduled pickup time. Extended delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
5. Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Phila One Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or disorderly behavior.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping inside vehicles
- Illegal substances
- Excessive alcohol consumption that compromises safety
- Damaging or defacing the vehicle
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
6. Alcohol and Minors
If alcohol is permitted in the vehicle, all passengers consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age. Passengers are responsible for complying with all local and state alcohol laws.
Phila One Limo does not assume responsibility for underage drinking under any circumstances.
7. Vehicle Use and Capacity
Passengers must not exceed the maximum legal seating capacity of the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn where applicable.
Standing through sunroofs, hanging out of windows, or any unsafe behavior inside or outside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
8. Service Time and Overtime
Booked service time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the service concludes. If the client exceeds the reserved time, overtime charges will apply and are billed in accordance with the service rate.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Phila One Limo is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, road closures, or mechanical issues.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
10. Force Majeure
Phila One Limo shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide transportation services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

12. Amendments and Updates
Phila One Limo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
